Ingredients:


1/4 cup olive oil

1 cup onion

2 tablespoons garlic

1 cup green bell pepper

1/3 cup parsley

2 cups tomato sauce

28 ounces canned plum tomatoes

1 cup white wine

1 cup bay leaf

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon oregano

12 medium hard shell clam

1 pound tiger prawn

3 pounds dungeness crab
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oil in a stockpot, over a medium flame add onions, garlic, bell peppers, and parsley heat and stir for 6-8 minutes stir in tomatoes and their juice stir in tomato sauce, white wine, bay leaf, basil, and oregano bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes add clams, shrimp, and crab simmer for 15 minutes, until shrimp is pink and clams open discard any unopened clams serve hot, with sourdough bread to the side
